JOB SUMMARY: Manages catering operations and events both on and off property to ensure guest satisfaction, profitability, and development of and responsibility for the catering Managers and Team Members. * Assists the director in all menu product development. * Overall responsibility of the operational aspects of special events including successful completion and accomplishing financial drivers. This includes overseeing the Catering management team and administrative staff.
