JOB SUMMARY: Support the development and execution of all projects and special events for the parks F&B department. Works directly with Marketing, Brand Management, and all support teams as the primary point of contact in the Food and Beverage division for the Parks. Projects include but are not limited to Halloween Horror Nights, Mardi Gras, New Year's Eve, Rock the Universe, Grad Bash, Annual Passholder Events, and all future expansion projects.more

Directly supervises a food service outlet. * Supervises and assists in preparation and presentation of all food items. Ensures food is fresh and prepared in a timely fashion. * Schedules employees and production of food items according to the projected attendance. * Responsible for ordering food materials and supplies in order to feed the projected amount of guests per day.more
