JOB SUMMARY: Supervises culinary personnel, as well as preparation and production of food in a specific area of the Food Service Department. * Responsible for food presentation, quality of product and waste prevention by conducting quality inspections and touring each work unit on a daily basis. * Maintains food cost and culinary labor cost as predetermined by Revenue/Operations department. * Oversees daily practices of cleanliness and safe food practices.
