JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for establishing and overseeing the complete program/operation of bake goods and products for the food service department. * Manages and develops the entire bakery program which includes research and development of products. Ensures sanitation, monitors quality and cost effectiveness of product. Maintains mechanical maintenance of equipment. Manages, coaches and provides guidance to employees. * Purchases and orders food items needed for production.
