EF ZIN is a fine dining restaurant created by Chef Sperxos. The dishes are inspired by traditional Greek Cuisine with a modern twist giving you a glimpse into the heart of Greece. We are urgently seeking positive, presentable, and hardworking young team members with experience in working in a restaurant kitchen. Candidates that can join immediately have a major advantage! The ideal candidate must speak, read, and write in English with a high level of confidence. Greek national applicants between the ages of 21 to 35 are preferred. Due to the busy operations at EF ZIN, the right candidate is physically fit and flexible with working hours/schedules. Preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in developing menu items, dishes, and recipes Preparing meat and fish, and other fresh produce.
