Salary up to £80,000 Our client is a lifestyle hotel with a destination afternoon tea offering and a destination restaurant. * Reports to the Hotels Exec Chef * Day-to-day management of the pastry operation * Develop and manage the team * Effective management of all food operations * Strong understanding of creating world-class afternoon tea concepts * Deliver the brand standards * This is a hands-on role within the operation * Have at least five years' experience as an Exec Pastry Chef in a luxury lifestyle hotel. * An international background is preferred. * Have a strong background in award-winning cuisine * Will have a background working with European and South East Asian Cuisine * Have excellent communication skills - both verbal and written * Are able to adapt their approach and style depending on whom they are liaising with
