The Front Office Receptionist represents the hotel to the guest throughout all stages of the guest's stay. They are responsible for providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests and coordinating the duties of the front desk. Greet and welcome all guests approaching the Front Desk in accordance with Wyndham standards. Provide the guests information regarding the services of hotel, the type of rooms available.
