Scope of Work: To operate and monitor all systems, including CCTV, within the control room in a professional and efficient manner. We are looking for a Food & Beverage, Hostess who ensures to provide the highest standards of hospitality & welcome guests to each & every guest consistently. * Handles table reservations courteously and efficiently. * Welcomes and escorts the guests to the desired/allocated table. * Acknowledges guests within the arrival. Ensures that accurate waiting time is communicated to the guest that are waiting to be seated (when applicable). * Ensures that the guest reservations are in order and takes initiative to fill up all available reservation slots by using the database of previous/regular/repeat/new guests. * Offers a tour of the buffet to first time guests and customers (where applicable). * Maintains database regarding guests of the restaurant for communication of upcoming promotions in all outlets.
