The overall scope of the position is to maintain and execute the hotel c including but not limited to website updates, active content update, Social media management, Online reputation management, META optimization, E-marketing and OTAs optimization. Develop and increase traffic through direct and semi-direct online channels that will improve the overall revenue for the properties and other key financial and customer matrix. Evaluate the performance of our branded websites and give suggestions for how to promote and improve the presence of the hotels on the web, with the intention of increasing number of bookings and keeping the website up to date. Monitor, implement and execute the active presence of the properties on all Social Media tools to maximize the online exposure of the properties.
Job Purpose This is an administrative and proactive role that supports the Marketing and sales team responsible for driving Meeting Rooms, Cinema and Events business to the hotel. The position also calls for a high degree of proactivity in task coordination in addition to negotiating & closing business opportunities in the absence of the Manager. Nature and Scope of Position Coordinate Sales and Marketing Departments administrative functions & also assisting in handling confirmed events, meeting rooms, F&B events and groups as solicited by the proactive sales account managers /marketing manager/ operations manager. Principle Accountabilities * Attends daily morning briefing at 9.30am * That all incoming calls are promptly answered according to Media One Hotel Standards * That all calls are screened, dealt with in an appropriate and efficient way.
