Vilamendhoo Island Resort & Spa is situated in the South Ari Atoll which is about 25-minutes by seaplane transfer from Velana International Airport. This island is 900 meters long by 250 meters wide and surrounded by a spectacular house reef. We have a total of 194 rooms with 2 buffet restaurants, 2 a la carte restaurants and 4 bars. We are looking for motivated, customer service oriented and friendly Guest Services Supervisorto join us! To promote and develop loyalty from hotel guests by positively reacting to their needs, and promoting a high level of personalized guest service. Liaise with all departments, check all guest requirements and ensure that these are executed on day of arrivals. To handle guest comments / complaints, taking immediate action to ensure first point of contact resolution.
