The H Dubai is looking for ambitious talent to join us in our Front Office department as a Guest Relations Agent. What will I be doing? Welcome and fulfill the check-in process, including escorting Guests to their rooms and explaining the room amenities and facilities. Ensure all assigned rooms meet the highest standards and include all requested amenities before Guest arrival. Maintain current knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing and special promotional offers, as well as daily VIP and special events. What are we looking for? Previous experience in similar role. Calm, efficient and organized with great attention to detail. Excellent personal presentation and communication skills. A passion for delivering exceptional levels of Guest service. Ability to multi-task while maintaining a positive attitude when working with Guests.

Up to date information is collated on VIP arrivals expected for the day Profiles are collated and updated Knowledge is up to date on hotel facilities, functions and other tourist information, so as to give correct information to the guests All necessary facilities have been provided to VIP rooms such as fruits, flowers, cookies, bar and stationary Personalized stationary of VIPs is ready well in time Instant reservation facility is provided and followed up promptly for reservations in all our hotels Ensure all expected arrivals are properly pre registered with correct rates and address ensure rooms are blocked as per the booking and personal preference of the guests Guest complaints from all the departments are collated on a monthly basis and passed on to the management Guest complaints are converted into significant proposals Avoid duplication of guest profiles
