Reports his day to day routine activities to the F&B Manager and attends in the absence of the F&B Manager the daily Head of the Department morning briefing to discuss the previous days activities as well as future events and promotions. Handles and reports any Guest comments and complaints to the F&B Manager and Executive Chef for immediate actions. Leads daily briefing as well as any other meetings as requested and required. Cascade all information to the Managers, Supervisors and other colleagues. Provide strong presence in the outlets during peak times of operation and provide assistance to Outlet Managers when required. Assists in monitoring activities of the competitors, identify market trends and ensure that the Outlet Managers are aware of them. To ensure proper control on payroll procedures and time cards including management authorization on overtime.
