Reports his day to day routine activities to the F&B Manager and attends in the absence of the F&B Manager the daily Head of the Department morning briefing to discuss the previous days activities as well as future events and promotions. Handles and reports any Guest comments and complaints to the F&B Manager and Executive Chef for immediate actions. Leads daily briefing as well as any other meetings as requested and required. Cascade all information to the Managers, Supervisors and other colleagues.
