I am looking for a really good Asian / Oriental Head Chef for this elegant restaurant concept opening in Dubai Q4 – to start Q3! We are looking for a talented Head Chef who has a passion for Asian or Oriental food – yes, experience in this style of cuisine is always beneficial, but we are also thinking outside of the box a little on this one … interested in Mexican Fusion Chefs, Thai Chefs or those from Taiwan. The ideal Candidate for this Head Chef role must be currently at Head Chef level for 3+ years and be able to manage a multi-cultural team of staff (around 20+) Not only will you be a hands-on, highly skilled Chef but you will also be able to manage a kitchen with regards to costs, wastage, H&S, staff training and development. Salary package Offered: AED30k pm all inclusive plus medical, flights, visa etc
