Job Summary The Thai Culinary Specialty Chef will develop and prepare authentic Thai food. Responsible for creating menus and implementing new Thai cuisine preparation procedures. Duties & Responsibilities * Develop and prepare authentic Thai food. * Demonstrate leadership skills in the kitchen. * Responsible for the preparation of all meals, including the food quality and its presentation. Preparations include all prep work leading up to meal service and other events. This includes all necessary cooking day-of and during events * Create menus and implement new Thai cuisine preparation procedures. * Comply with all safety and sanitation standards and regulations. * Create and implement menu selections for catering events based on current food trends and regional tastes in partnership with the Executive Chef.
