I am looking to speak to talented, dynamic, hands-on and forward thinking Operations Directors or Senior Op’s Managers, ready for their next step in their careers! We are looking for strong multi-site operators with good international F&B experience. You must be savvy operators who are inspiring leaders and can really drive the business forwards. Must have worked for strong, well known brands have a strong QSR or Food Retail background. You will be running 40+ stores across numerous states – huge scope for progression with this role and needs a strong, commercially minded operator. This job role is only open to Australian Nationals or those that have AUS residency, currently working in Australia. This role would be Sydney based with travel as business requires. Salary Packages Offered: negotiable but around AUD150k pa plus standard benefits

Accountable for the creativity and execution of all menu items across all brands As a member of the Culinary Committee, works in partnership with the Culinary Operations Director and Senior Management in the creation, innovation, development and execution of new F&B concepts. Develops a Brand Strategy in conjunction with the Brand Manager, to define key objectives and performance metrics to ensure the standardization and consistent adherence to brand standards Continually research and gain insights into current and new trends within the Food and Beverage industry, including the evolution of cooking practices of traditional cuisines i.e. Italian, Indian, Asian etc. Identify new cooking methodologies and techniques and propose recommendations for implementation and evaluation Continually seek to innovate new culinary practices including food presentation e.g. crockery
