The role of the Coordinator is to drive the productivity of the Sales Leader as well as the sales, marketing and events teams by supporting with administrative tasks to ensure their selling / marketing / planning time is maximised. Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing, which will including managing multiple Outlook accounts, filing and sorting, sending emails, typing, copying, attendance sheets. Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process (e.g., proposals, contracts, or banquet event orders). Gather materials and assemble information packages (e.g., brochures, promotional materials, gifts and giveaways, F&B orders). Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information (e.g., commissions, leads, third parties) in software involved in the sales process.
