* Proficient in English and both in writing and verbal. * Minimum of 02 years experience in a similar position especially in remote luxury resorts. * Knowledgeable in MC System. * Excellent communication skills , ability to work long hours in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment. * Strong multicultural awareness and ability to work with people from diverse cultures. * Strong understanding of the market conditions and trends. * Strong negotiation skills. * Handle day-to-day operations of the Purchasing Department. * Ensure the goods received are in good orders and quality. * Monitor incoming invoices to avoid discrepancies. * Ensure that all HACCP requirements are complied with and related documentation is properly filed to the reviews of the authorities. * Ensure that SOPs are properly adhered to in the areas of purchasing, receiving, store and goods issuing.
