* Execute annual marketing plan to budget, in consultation with the GM, F&B, Operations, Corporate Director of Marketing & Communications, aligned to hotel sales and revenue strategy and brand guidelines for both STORY(Seychelles) and Fisherman's Cove properties * Control Marketing and communication budgets accordingly to the annual plan. * Partner with Operations, Guest Experience, Food & Beverage and Sales teams to coordinate and execute promotions and campaigns to target external and in-house guests with promotions that drive incremental revenue. * Act as the liaison between marketing and communication agencies. * Be the Brand Guardian at hotel level. * Develop a comprehensive quarterlyPR plan. * Write and issue press releases about the properties and its outlets and manage media relationships being able to have public appearances in media.
