Job Brief Receptionist is responsible for providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests and coordinating the duties of the front desk. * Give a warm welcome to guests on arrival and register them * Handle guest check outs efficiently and professionally. * Identify and anticipate guest's needs and assist in any possible way. * Take payments from guests on arrival and departure and close their bills in compliance with the financial rules and regulations. * Accountable for cashiering duties, foreign exchange transactions, night audits tasks and settlement upon Guests' departure. * Provide friendly sand courteous service to guest and respond promptly to all requests and inquiries at all time. * Handle issuance of guest room key cards and ensure effective control for guest security.
