Accounts Payables Duties You will be responsible for keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements. You will be reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances. You will maintain historical records of payments. You will be expected to pay employees by verifying expense reports and preparing pay check. You shall pay vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance. You are expected to prepare analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports, & continuing to improve the payment process General Cashier Duties You will be the General Cashier voice of the hotel.
