Recruitment - posting roles, screening CVs, preparing and managing offer letters Admin System and Payroll - create/update profiles of the new joiners, perform separations, check attendance Training - organizing and implementing the Monthly Training Calendar: training invites, training encoding, materials preparation TakeCare Activities and Employee Engagement - organizing and implementing the Monthly TakeCare Calendar - involving the champions, promoting the events, preparing the BEOs, tracking participation. Processing Resignations and End of Service Calculation Responsible for Fileing System as part of the HR Audits Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets.
