Job Brief The Assistant Sommelier is responsible to assist the Outlet Sommelier in supervising the day-to-day operation of the hotel's wine stock. * Supervises the day to day operation of all hotel's wine stock * Maintain quality standards in conformity to Constance Hotels corporate identity, as defined in the operating manual. * Make sure that the wine list is of the highest possible international standard by ensuring a professional and personalized service and a constant variety of all styles and prices of wines in line with world trends. * Produces all wine orders * Produce a monthly sales analysis on all wine along with Outlet Sommelier * Make sure that all material and equipment made available for wine service is correctly used and participates in inventory taking.
