A Kids Club Attendant is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Kids Club and that all rules and regulations of the facility are adhered to. What will I be doing? * Assists the team in the day to day running of the kids club operations and resort activities * Completes admin tasks such as sc heduling and maintenance reporting etc * Conducts training for team members * Providing information to guests and ensuring a fun and safe environment for all children aged 3-12 years, by following the Kid's Club operational childcare standards, policies, procedures and health guidelines. * Ensuring that the Hilton brand standards are followed and being responsible for supervising guests and children, in addition to ensuring that reception protocols are followed with regards to entry and exit procedures and payments are made where necessary.
