Wellness Manager

1.Integrate Holistic wellness principles and concepts and experiences.

2.Build a team of providers that work towards providing healing and holistic approaches to solve guest’s wellness concerns.

3.Manage and perform in a pre-opening situation in a remote location. 

4. Work with the leadership teams to develop and oversee the annual wellness budget, including operational targets and capital expenditure recommendations.

5. Ensure successful performance through ongoing financial analysis and agility to implement procedures that drive revenue, maximize profitability, and align with ownership interests.

6.Educate and foster concepts and approaches across-multi department relationships and managers.

7.Introduce wellness, Health and wellbeing approaches that bring practical solutions to consumer concerns.Multi day programs, retreats, team building and general guest activities.

8.Engage media and clearly communicate the philosophy of Dusit International wellness positioning.

9.Implement problem solving tactics with adjustments as needed.

10.Motivate and steer the team in creation of personal programs for multiple guests based on a guest-centric model, while adjusting the operation accordingly to ensure smooth execution.

11.Execute strong leadership skills that can manage communication with multiple cultural backgrounds and strong personality types.

12.Manage the business in the area of operations, Financial, HR and sales.

13.Execute the wellness strategy, measure results, and adapt the strategy to improve.

14.Provide innovative solutions to consumer wellbeing concerns.

15.Establishing on-going relationships with media to build the reputation and awareness of the programs and concepts.

16.Review areas of innovation in the wellness industry and disseminate information to determine which areas of business should be innovated to keep ahead of trends.

17.Analyze the business to identify opportunities for growth and customer experience enhancement across hotels, front office, food and beverage, rooms, guest experiences.
