To ensure highest standards of hospitality and welcome is provided to each & every guest in a consistent manner.


  • Provides advice and recommendations on food and beverage to guests
  • Receive and store food and beverage items adhering to all food hygiene regulations and procedures.
  • Consistently monitors quality of food and beverage being served and reports any irregularity to line manager
  • Be aware of the reservations in the assigned sections. Is aware of the VIP in house list and arrival/departure of in house guests
  • Familiarization on drinks prices, cocktails, shooters, wine and champagne lists while constantly updating him/herself on new global F&B trends
  • Actively does upselling and aims to exceed guest expectations and increase revenues while contributing to the departmental goals and objectives.


  • Hospitality school graduate, with exceptional communication skills (written and oral)
  • Minimum two-years of recent relevant experience in a luxury 5-star hotel or similar establishments
  • Extremely knowledgeable in guest engaging and upselling techniques
  • Great attention to details, team player and flexible.
