Radisson Dubai DAMAC Hills is looking to strengthen our team with a passionate Waiter/Waitress who want to learn & develop with us.
We are proud of our 480 room hotel (90 suites) overlooking the Trump Golf Course, within the DAMAC Hills Community in Dubai Land. To create many a memorable moment for our guests, we will have 4 F&B outlets - Fire Lake Grill restaurant, Hessa St. Kitchen- serving authentic Asian favourites a la carte, Hills Pool Deck and our newly of opened restaurant Issei – a trendy Nikkei fusion restaurant & bar, at our rooftop. We are delighted about the fact that all our operational restaurants are in the top 1% of TripAdvisor out of 8000+ restaurants in Dubai. In addition to the above, we also have 4 meeting & event spaces and a busy in-room dining service.

Key Responsibilities of the Waiter/Waitress:
-Supports the smooth running of the food & beverage department, where all aspects of the guest food & beverage service experience are delivered to the highest levels
-Works as part of a team that maximizes guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries
-Takes responsibility for the duties and tasks assigned to the role, ensuring that all work is carried out in a timely and professional manner
-Delivers on departmental plans and objectives.
-Builds and maintains effective working relationships whilst promoting the company culture and values.
-Ensures adherence and compliance to all legislation where due diligence requirements and best practice activities are planned, delivered and documented for internal and external audit, performing follow-up as required
Requirements of the Waiter/Waitress:
-Experience in food & beverage service
-Hands-on approach with a can-do work style
-Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service
-Ability to find creative solutions by taking ownership
-UAE experience is required.
-Strong communication skills
