Waiter/Waitress (Europeans Only)

The lavish five-star, adults-only luxury beach resort is located within The Heart of Europe on “The World”, a group of islands just seven kilometers off the coast of Dubai. Côte d’Azur comprises four five-star hotels named after picturesque coastal hotspots along the famous French Riviera: Monaco, Nice, Cannes and St. Tropez.

About the job

For the opening of our hotel Monaco, in the Côte d’Azur Resort, e are looking for a skilled Waiters or Waitresses who will uplift the dining experience, who will have the patience, personality and perseverance to thrive in this role. You will need to exceed guests’ needs and expectations. You will ensure that guests are having a great dining experience throughout their time.

As our Waiter/Waitress, you will:

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant guests
• Interact with guests, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Present the menus
• Restock and replenish the inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations

What we’re looking for:

• Previous luxury customer service experience
• The ability to work and communicate in a multinational environment 
• High flexibility and service orientation
• The ability to work and multi-task well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A positive and charming personality and a well-groomed appearance
