What will I be doing?

As the Bell/Valet Runner, you will be responsible for transporting luggage to and from guestrooms and informs members, owners and guests of all resort services and features while also attending to guest vehicles.

Schedule Details:

Our Guest Services Department operates 7 days per week - hours may vary depending on business needs.

Additional Responsibilities Include:
  • Assists with movement of luggage and other related items upon arrival and departure.
  • Responsible for assisting and providing information pertaining to the resort, including outlets and special features.
  • Maintains security of baggage and key storage area.
  • Inspects for damages before taking control of a vehicle.
  • Issues and collects guests claim tickets, which must contain name, license plate number, and location of vehicle.
  • Assists in other related duties as requested by management.


Qualifications


What are we looking for?

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 1+ years of related experience
  • 3+ years of driving experience
  • Able to bend, stoop, walk and lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • Previous hotel/hospitality experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficient in the English language to communicate both verbally and in writing with guests, owners and co-workers, and fully comprehend job assignments
