Emerald Faarufushi Resort & Spa, a new 5-star Deluxe All-Inclusive Resort, is a proud member of The Leading Hotels of the World, where tropical landscapes and swaying palm trees are the gateway to the refined fusion of nature and indulgence, creating an enchanting atmosphere of barefoot elegance. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare the training room and deliver training programmes
- Follow-up on management training activities and departmental training
- Keep all the documentation up-to-date
- Track overall training and training results
- Prepare and update training tools
- Coordinate external trainings
- Market training activities in-house
- Perform regular spot checks: grooming, product knowledge, LQA standards, etc
- Lead by example and promote Emerald’s core values
