Female Training Coordinator, Restaurant Group, Bahrain

Salary up to $1800 per month - The company provides Accommodation, Health Insurance, a vacation ticket every two years, transport, etc.

Bahrain-based Restaurant Group is actively looking to improve its diversity and recruit a Female Training Coordinator.

Things you will be doing as a Training Coordinator:

  • Facilitate training the employees in Hindi and English
  • Recommend training costs to input into each relevant budget and adhere to the annual budget
  • Deliver consistent training sessions and support with the practical on-site sessions
  • Evaluating learning activities to ensure that the company is getting a return on the investment
  • Support the development of management teams
  • Be responsible for ensuring new staff are successfully onboarded, developed, and trained

You'll be a great fit if you are:

  • Female with knowledge of Hindi and English languages
  • Experienced in a Training role within hospitality in the Middle East
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to effectively tailor the audience
  • Are a deeply curious and avid learner, constantly looking for ways to improve and creatively solve problems
