Sous Chef – Thai Specialty Chef shall report to Executive Chef and is responsible in managing food production and maintaining the required culinary standard in King Thai Restaurant. He/She will support and overlook King Thai kitchen with regards to food production. Ensures all the Chefs follow the SOP and standardized recipes when producing food.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in a five-star resort/hotel.
Diploma in Hospitality/Culinary or relevant course.
Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards.
Experience in the Maldives is preferred.
