Revenue Strategy Manager (m/f/d)

In a Nutshell
As a Revenue Strategy Manager, you will lead revenue increasing initiatives across our global portfolio of hotels. These initiatives include strategic business reviews and reengineering hotel technology landscapes with a strong focus on installing revenue management systems. You will continuously aim to innovate and sharpen the Design Hotels commercial success formula.
Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Be a hands-on business consultant for revenue management including analysis, strategy setting and detailed installation on property level factoring in not only the SynXis CRS but the entire ecosystem PMS - CRS - RMS, as well as value enhancing technology tools
  • Complete business reviews resulting in a strategic advice document to the member hotel owners and ideally
  • Audit and clean up hotels overall channels and rate grid in PMS and CRS to ensure data flows correctly between systems and ensure rate parity
  • Assist especially new hotels in the installation of their revenue management technology and ensure alignment and the correct flow of messages across PMS - CRS - RMS in collaboration with Design Hotels implementation team.
  • Manage the support issues and contractual relationships with technology partners
  • Cooperate with Marriott revenue field support on a broad range of activities from pro-active hotels support to quality checks and audits of hotels
  • Further develop and deploy a boutique hotel specific best practice commercial strategy as a service
