1.1.1As Storekeeper, you will manage the goods and deliveries moving in and out of the hotel and will ensure that these deliveries reach the appropriate destinations and logged according to Rixos’s purchasing and procurement standards.
1.1.2Receive and forward all goods and deliveries in and out of the hotel to the correct point of contact / storage area.
1.1.3Keep accurate recordings of all incoming and outgoing goods.
1.1.4Place orders through online procurement system.
1.1.5Maintain exclusive control over central stores of the hotel with respect to issue releases, control over deliveries and hotel stock counts.
1.1.6Adhere to all Health and Safety procedures particularly relating to food and beverage items.
1.1.7Assist and support Team Members, Managers and the wider Food & Beverage Department in a team environment
1.1.8Inventory and stock taking of various stores.
1.1.9Recipe costing of new menus and suggests sale prices.
1.1.10Update existing recipe costing with current purchase prices.
1.1.11Update the Opera system with new beverage recipes in the micros interface.
1.1.12Verify spoilage reports and approve beverage issues from outlets.
1.1.13Approve steward sale issues and approve operating equipment issues .
1.1.14Spot inventories in outlets at least once a month.
1.1.15Perform yield test of meat, fish and juices.
1.1.16Check all Food & Beverage checks with KOTs and make quarterly, half yearly and yearly Food & Beverage revenues and cost analysis.
1.1.17Market survey of food products especially fruits and vegetables.
1.1.18Advise all concerned and raise alarms when expenses and cost are high and not in line with revenues generated.
1.1.19Organization and monitoring of all affairs concerned to the position.

1.1.22Show fullest cooperation and respect within the team and other departments

1.1.39To comply with all hotel rules and regulations as outlined in the handbook and to be aware of company disciplinary and grievance procedures.
1.1.40Assist in Task Force Teams for new openings To promote a helpful and professional image to the customer and give full cooperation to any customer requiring assistance with the prompt, caring and helpful attitude.
1.1.41To anticipate the needs of the customer whenever possible, to enhance quality service and in turn enhance customer satisfaction.
1.1.42To give full co-operation to any colleague requiring assistance in a prompt caring and helpful manner. To be flexible in assisting in other areas of the Hotel in response to the business and customer needs
1.1.43Is familiar with all related company documentation and especially with the relevant Operational Standards Manual for his/her field of responsibility.
