Spa Receptionist

Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Dubai is currently looking for Rest & Relaxation Experience Coordinator (Spa Receptionist)

The role is responsible for managing the first impression of our guest upon their arrival to the Spa, Managing Spa reservation on the phone, Be knowledgeable for all the promotions, menu and all special offerings. Capable to offer alternative and be mindful of guests special request and deliver it successfully. this role will require the candidates to work with computers to generate reports, Managing product stocks as well as inventory . Being organized, responsible, details oriented and thorough in executing the job until it completes are essential.

if you are :

* Having Spa Background and experience in 5 star hotel/resort 

* Having good level of Communication in written & spoken English 

* Russian Language fluency is an advantage

* Having a basic computer literacy

* Currently in UAE, preferably can start immediately.
