Bring yourself to join our talented and winning team as Spa Manager,

• Previous experience into Spa Management role for minimum 5 years in a five star hotel.
• Possess great Leadership skills, Lead by example
• Train, empower and supervise the Spa Team members to deliver exceptional service to guests.
• Great Customer Service, ability to handle and resolve issues.
• Provide written articles for internal & external publications as and when necessary.
• Drive Revenues in the Spa by setting and monitoring targets for team members.
• Focus on enhancing product and treatment knowledge.
• Maintain and order supplies and equipment in a timely and efficient manner, while minimizing waste and maintaining 'green initiatives'.
• Be responsible for establishing and reviewing the S&M plan for the spa and setting timed actions to ensure success.
• Liaise with hotel management with regards to budgeting, forecasting and payroll costings.
