We are looking for dynamic and talented SPA individual who is committed to provide exceptional service in unique and sophisticated environments.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Oversees the smooth running of the Spa on a day-to-day basis to achieve a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Develops and maintains a motivational working environment with the department and positive working relationships with other departments.
- Makes sure Spa budget expectation are exceeded.
- Ensures all issues pertaining to guest satisfaction are met and that all follow up is completed on a timely basis. Pre-empts and anticipates guest needs.
- Prepares a monthly calendar of Spa activities in advance and submits to Director of Sports, Recreation/ Fitness for approval.
- Plans and ensures supervision of all planned activities and maintains a proper supply of all items needed.
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma Certificate in relevant field.
- Licenses in Massage Therapy
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in management position in a spa or related field an asset.
- Experience in the hospitality industry an asset.
- Computer literate.
- Should be able to work under pressure.
