What will I be doing?

  • Provide support to the Kitchen Management
  • Ensure kitchen operations run smoothly
  • Manage the food ordering, delivery, storage and control professionally and carefully
  • Manage kitchen staff, ensuring they are kept up to date with relevant information, and are continually compliant with standards and expectations
  • Actively participate in a working environment across departments where staff are fully trained, supportive of each other and competent
  • Fulfil administration duties and implementation of HACCP standards
  • Ensure excellent customer service levels are maintained through positive connections and prompt handling of any problems

We would love to hear from you if you have.....
  • Hotel management diploma or a qualified chef diploma
  • Minimum of 3 years as Sr. CDP or Jr. Sous chef of experience
  • Confidence, energy, creativity and cleverness
  • A motivated leader with hands-on mentality, who can manage the team while being able to teach and join in preparing all of our dishes
  • A positive attitude, enthusiasm and pro-activism Eager to learn, not afraid of suggesting alternative menu items
  • A problem-solver who likes to take on challenges
