As Sous Chef, we rely on you to:

  • Manage the daily operation of Garde Manger, In Room Dining and Banquet
  • Ensure the food quality is always of high standards
  • Ensure in maximising profitability
  • Support the Executive Chef in daily operation

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has minimum of 2-5 years experience in 5-star / international hotel in the same capacity
  • Has Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts
  • Is knowledgeable in Western, Indian, Oriental, Arabic and Asian cuisine
  • Is able to work with a multinational team
  • Enjoys being challenged
  • Is fluent in oral and written English language
  • Is a "Outside the box" thinker and has "can-do" attitude
