Teppanyaki Sous Chef shall be in coordination with the Teppanyaki Chef in carrying out of live Teppanyaki dishes in Hamakaze Restaurant. He/She will be responsible in supporting and overlooking the Hamakaze kitchen with regards to food production. He/She shall immediately discuss with Teppanyaki Chef any ingredients that are unavailable to find solutions and review alternatives when necessary. He/She ensures all the Chefs follow the SOP and standardized recipes when preparing food.
QUALIFICATIONS:
·Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar role within a premium hotel/resort.
·Diploma in Hospitality, Culinary or any relevant training.
·Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards.
·Experience in the Maldives an advantage.
