Sommelier

We have a fantastic opportunity for Sommeliers to work in our Award Winning fine dining restaurants.

You must have a real passion for wine, be proactive, team player, be enthusiastic and motivated as well as have extended knowledge to help customers with their selection, alongside highly skilled and experienced professionals.

· 2+ years working in a similar role

· WSET Certificate

· Advanced English communication skills.

· Additional languages are an advantage. Italian and French particularly.

· Team player, proactive and flexible

· Ability to work as part of a team, thrive under pressure in challenging circumstances and come up with proactive, rational solutions

Contract: Full time.

Salary: To be discussed upon interview
