About The Opportunity:
- We are looking for a Sommelier to lead the team of our wine bar for the opening of Manifesto Berlin.
- You will report directly to the Manager of Bars and the Food & Beverage Director.
- Curate the concept and menu offering of the wine bar.
- Arrange tastings and wine events.
- Manage the daily operations of the bar.
- Hire, train and manage the team.
- Coordinate suppliers, purchases, and collaborations.
- A full time position starting in December 2022.
- Fixed salary.

- You are an experienced Sommelier.
- Have experience in European and German wines.
- You're passionate about delivering the high standards for our guests.
- You are able to stay positive and calm under pressure.
- Fluent in English and good command of German.
- To be considered for this role, you should have a right to work in Germany. We do not provide relocation services.
