Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Participating in the development of the social media strategy and oversee its execution
  • Creating, develop, and maintain the content schedule.
  • Providing campaign ideas
  • Managing and monitoring the hotels and restaurants social media accounts
  • Generating, editing, publishing, and sharing content daily across different social media like Instagram, Facebook and Twitter
  • Communicating with followers, responding to queries in a timely manner and monitoring customer reviews
  • To regularly track, analyse and report, weekly, monthly and quarterly, on campaigns and channels’ performances vs. agreed KPIs and budget
  • To identify trends, insights, and opportunities to optimise performance
  • To monitor and report on competitors’ online activities
  • Maintain strong relationship with Influencers in the market
  • Act as first point of contact with influencers
Qualifications
  • Thorough understanding of the latest trends in Social Media Marketing and strategies to increase followers, post likes, etc.
  • Understanding of and experience with social media management and measurement tools (Sprout Social experience preferred)
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Excellent attention to details
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Photography and videography shooting and editing
  • Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist
  • Data-driven thinking and strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to turn data and insights into online marketing initiatives
  • Fluent in English. Arabic preferred
  • At least 2 years of social media experience
  • Understanding of the luxury market Advanced computer skills: Microsoft Suite, Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Adobe Photoshop; social media listening/ tracking and analytic tools
  • Experience in luxury hospitality is a plus
