Shisha Master

General Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position in an international luxury brand. Remote island-based work experience is preferred.
• Proficient in English and Arabic both in writing and verbal.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment.
• Strong multicultural awareness and ability to work with people from diverse cultures.
• Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.

Job Descriptions:

• Collaborates with FB team to ensure smooth operations
• Provides efficient, personalized , courteous and punctual service and to practice up-selling techniques.
• Recommends and suggests specialties to the guest
• Responsible for making and serving shisha.
• Provides basic support and service task to the outlet aiming for the highest possible customer satisfaction
