This is a non-tipped position paying $18 -$20 per hour, based on experience.
Servers are responsible for providing prompt, courteous service for the guest.
Bartending experience is a big plus!
What you will have an opportunity to do:
We are looking for a highly motivated, customer focused Server to join our team! Servers are the face of our restaurant and responsible for our customers' experiences. Food server responsibilities include ensuring our tables are clean and tidy when guests arrive, serve beverages. This individual will need to be quick on your feet and have an engaging attitude.
If making meaningful connections, figuring out what it takes and stepping it up to win the day is what you do, and you love it, we want you!
Your Role:
Essential Functions:
Provide exceptional customer service to our guests
Set up dining room for meal service
Clean/bus tables during meal service
Set up/break down coffee break areas
Maintaining the buffet
Make and Serve drinks, when necessary
What are we looking for?
Requirements:
Must have flexible availability including weekends.
MUST have a current, clean valid driver's license
Must be fully vaccinated for Covid-19
Serving/bartending experience a plus
This is a non-tipped position
Someone with an engaging and welcoming personality
Someone who can work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Someone with a passion for creating an exceptional experience for all guests
Someone with excellent communication skills
