Senior Sous Chef, Five-Star Boutique Hotel, London
Salary up to £48,000 per annum
We are looking for a Senior Sous Chef to help manage the day-to-day Kitchen operation.
The Hotel is part of a well-known hotel group who pride themselves on providing a seamless and tailored customer experience.
Things you will be doing as the Senior Sous Chef
· Reporting to the Head Chef
· Supporting the Head Chef in managing the kitchen
· Training and developing younger members of the team
· Keeping up with the latest trends regarding special events within London and the wider area
· Achieving targets and meeting objectives set by the Head Chef
You'll be a great fit if you:
· Have experience as a Senior Sous or Sous Chef with a hotel restaurant background
· You have a strong knowledge of the London Market
· Have a strong understanding of stock control and food safety procedures
· Have great ability to train and be an approachable person with a hands-on and can-do attitude.
· Are creative and strategic, and driven by coming up with new ideas
· Great time management skills
· Have excellent communication skills
