Senior Sales Manager - CIS

ey Tasks:

  1. Strategic management and development of the CIS markets across all JA Resorts & Hotels properties.
  2. Development of relationships with Dubai based partners as well as partners in the CIS markets.
  3. Development of unique strategies to target each market.
  4. Manage marketing investment and communication to CIS Markets.
  5. Travel to key markets to increase awareness of JA Resorts & Hotels properties in the region.
  6. Represent JA Hotels & Resorts at key trade events and roadshows in the CIS region.
  7. Managing a network of vendors and suppliers.
  8. Support colleagues in sales where necessary.
  9. Monitor and react to trends coming from the CIS Markets.


  1. Bachelor's degree
  2. Valid driver's license.
  3. At least 3 years’ experience in managing the CIS markets in the hospitality industry.
  4. Russian and English speaker essential.
  5. Ability to think on your feet.
  6. Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
  7. Strong interpersonal skills
