We are looking for a Senior Dispatch Supervisor to liaise and manage the dispatch operation in coordination with the parties involved in the day to day operations under the guidance of Back of the House Manager.
·Liaise with the transport and kitchen department in organizing the resources to carry out the dispatch operation at CPU or outside event.
·Plan the route for a truck and the number of drops per truck to achieve max load capacity and complete utilization of a vehicle.
·Ensure the equipment is well maintained.
·Monitor the performance of the dispatch team and motivate them.
·Ensure training of the team in various essential modules.
·Provide weekly and monthly reports.
·Enforce hygiene and safety standards within the Dispatch dept. as per ADFCA guidelines.
·Investigate unfortunate events related to Dispatch Ops.
·Ensure all dispatches are recorded in the SAP.
·Delivery Notes must be up to date.
·Ensure all dispatch equipment and is maintained well.
·Graduate, with exceptional communication skills (written and oral)
·Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role with a hotel or catering.
·Great attention to detail, team player, and flexible.
