(Senior) Director Development (m/f/d)
Your Tasks:

• You will be responsible for the acquisition and closing of management and franchise contracts in the Middle East and North Africa and are eager to boost our expansion in this area
• You will independently identify new hotel projects and close deals across all Deutsche Hospitality brands
• You will develop business plans to achieve the company's goals in the area of development
• You know how to represent our company professionally and successfully towards investors and partners at trade fairs, exhibitions, public events or in discussion forums and presentations.
• You have a substantial network of partners in the region and internationally
• You are familiar with profitability calculations and budget preparation required for hotel operator contracts
• Last but not least, you will also be responsible for initiating and revising the committee proposals for your projects

• You have successfully completed a commercial degree in the field of real estate or hospitality
• You have at least 5-7 years professional experience in the hotel or real estate industry and are ready for the next career step
• You have excellent knowledge of contract negotiations and hotel financial modelling and a substantial track record of successful deal closings, especially Management and Franchise contracts
• You have a wide, well-maintained network in the industry, especially with investors and owners
• You are a team player and enjoy working in an internationally oriented company
• You have excellent communication and negotiation skills
• You are organised and able to manage multiple tasks
• Thanks to your creativity and "Go-getter" mentality you stand out from the crowd
• You have strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• You have excellent Arabic and English language skills
