(Senior) Cluster Revenue Manager (m/w/d)
Your responsibilities:
- Optimize the hotels' total revenue performance versus budgeted targets and their competitor set
- Maximize room revenue and RevPAR Penetration (RGI) by setting and following respective strategies
- Maximize non-room revenue (M&E and/or F&D) by using revenue opportunities
- Ensure effective pricing for all market segments (including transient, group and M&E)
- Monitor competitor pricing and understand the dynamics of the market
- Monitor PMS data management, i.e. inventory management, segmentation, rate loading
- Generate forecasts and budgets for room and M&E/F&D revenue in close cooperation with the assigned hotels in particular with the GM
- Occasional business travels to align with teams on property
- Implement area and/or brand level initiatives including tactical promotions
- Support analyses for new projects / markets in cooperation with business development

- Experienced in working with different RMS, CRS and PMS (desirable a good knowledge of EzRMS, TARS and Opera)
- Excellent analytical skills and strategic thinking abilities
- Experienced in MS Office, in particular strong Excel skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and creativity
- Independent and goal-oriented
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Team spirit and open minded
- Fluent in German and / or English
- Willingness to travel
